Orders placed by 10 pm will ship on the next postal business day and after 10pm will ship on the 2nd postal business day. USPS has suspended all guarantees with Priority and Ground Advantage since 2019, significant delays after drop off with carriers is still common, especially with international shipping. If you need your package quickly and are located outside of the US, please consider DHL for international shipping.

Refund policy

We do not allow refunds or returns due to the nature of items; lubricants, switches and switch parts, etc. are very preference based products.  Besides being impossible to guarantee they were not tampered, contaminated, or stored improperly, accepting returns simply because you didn't like the feel or style of something would make it impossible to continue as a small vendor in this opinion based hobby. Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, as long as you contact us before your order is shipped, we will process your refund ASAP. A 3% restocking fee will be charged for US orders and 4.5% for international orders.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
