Where does Ringer Keys ship from?
We're just outside of Boston, Massachusetts, in the United States. One benefit of our location is that being so close to a major postal hub means packages tend to move quicker (relatively) through the USPS.
When will XYZ be restocked?
For the latest restock notifications, we highly recommend you join our very friendly Discord server, and pick up a notification role in the Roles channel! We aim to keep things in stock, but with growing interest occasionally we can't - our Discord is your best bet for the most up to date news.
How fast do you ship?
Typically, orders placed before 10 PM EST are shipped the next postal business day (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Shipping times to you will vary depending on the carrier chosen, and the current shipping conditions.
How do I combine orders/add something to my order/cancel an order?
The easiest way to be helped is by using the contact button at the top of the shop page. Alternatively you can respond to your order confirmation email, or send an email with your order number to dan@ringerkeys.com.
