Days off notice: Normal processing and shipping until Friday, March 31st at 7am. All orders placed after Friday morning at 7am EDT will be shipped beginning Monday, April 3rd, as order volume allows. There will be no packages sent out Saturday, April 1st. COVID-19 is still causing significant delays after drop off with carriers, especially with international shipping. Where does Ringer Keys ship from?

We're just outside of Boston, Massachusetts, in the United States. One benefit of our location is that being so close to a major postal hub means packages tend to move quicker (relatively) through the USPS.

When will XYZ be restocked?

For the latest restock notifications, we highly recommend you join our very friendly Discord server, and pick up a notification role in the Roles channel! We aim to keep things in stock, but with growing interest occasionally we can't - our Discord is your best bet for the most up to date news.

How fast do you ship?

Typically, orders placed before 10 PM EST are shipped the next postal business day (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Shipping times to you will vary depending on the carrier chosen, and the current shipping conditions.

How do I combine orders/add something to my order/cancel an order?
